Job descriptionThis role sits within the Derivatives Confirmation Middle Office team, supporting post-trade activities across rates and equity derivatives. The analyst will work closely with front office, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties to ensure accurate trade confirmations and timely resolution of discrepancies. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform trade confirmation activities for derivatives transactions Reconcile and investigate trade breaks / exceptions Ensure trade details (pricing, quantity, counterparties, settlement terms) are accurately matched. Coordinate with: Front Office (Trading & Sales) Internal Operations / Middle Office teams Third-party vendors / counterparties Follow up on outstanding confirmations and ensure timely resolution Maintain accuracy and adherence to internal controls and processes Required Qualifications0–2 years of experience in a derivatives confirmation / middle office / trade support role Basic understanding of: Derivatives products (Rates / Equity / Credit) Trade lifecycle / post-trade processes Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred xywuqvp QualificationsExposure to equity or interest rate derivatives confirmations Experience working with front office stakeholders Prior experience in investment banking or capital markets environment Key Traits Hiring Manager Will Look ForDetail-oriented and process-driven Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination Willingness to learn and grow within capital markets operations
