We’re looking for driven individuals ready to learn quickly, adapt under pressure, and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cash Application process and AR Revenue Recognition Audit, as well as month-end reporting and reconciliations. In addition, responsible for a collection portfolio and attaining divisional goals (DSO and cash), and minimizing financial risk. AR-related projects.What You’ll DoManage the cash application process. Work with the AR team, bank, credit card processers, and Treasury to ensure compliance and accuracyManage the monthly AR revenue recognition audits to ensure policy compliance and accuracyMonth-end reporting and reconciliationsContinual communication with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time for the assigned portfolioMeet forecasted DSO and cash goalsAnalyze and reconcile customer accountsReview credit limits and payment termsAssist with projects as necessaryWhat You Bring4-year degree preferred5 years relevant experience (Collections, Customer Service, Process Supervisor)Clear understanding of basic accounting principlesKnowledge of JDE is a plusProfessional written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) IntermediateStrong organizational and analytical skillsWhy VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within.
