Job Description & RequirementsUrology PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:· Schedule: June 22-26 (7am-7am) & July 6012 (7am-7am) – ongoing, Clinic and call, 1 week per month· Practice Setting: Outpatient· Types of Cases: Light outpatient clinic schedule, 24 hour call, will have APPs during the day who can round and see the consults· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic· Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Board certification· Licensure Required: Active Pennsylvania licenseJob BenefitsAMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
