Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently, all while meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards Mastering all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and orderly at all times Staying updated on new products and rolling them out with enthusiasm Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance issues Maintaining personal knowledge through in-house training and staying informed about any changes Completing all assigned opening or closing tasks Adhering to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code What We're Looking For: We're searching for team members who are: Consistent and reliable Cheerful and positive Passionate about serving and helping others Great at customer service Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Flexible with their schedule Physically able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods J-18808-Ljbffr
