The ideal candidate will have proven senior B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth in North America, strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities with customers and internal teams, a background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or the built environment, the ability to work effectively in an international context with cross-border reporting lines, commercial acumen, organizational skills and data literacy, and, ideally, experience operating across both the USA and Canada, scaling regional sales operations and working in technically complex or specification-led environments.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsSales/Revenue
