Maintenance Supervisor
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned:
Must be organized, a self-starter, and capable of leading staff through hands on participative approach.
Meets with residents to discuss maintenance issues.
Maintains an inventory of company supplies and order supplies for day-to-day operation.
Directs, leads, and assists in maintaining the “curb” appeal of the property.
Work with Property Manager/Area Manager to set budget constraints and implement the budget for the property.
Knowledge of electrical wiring and capable of using a Volt-Ohm meter.
Knowledge of repairs and maintenance for air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, plumbing and tile.
Knowledge of pool operation (i.e. daily checking and recording of chemical readings, vacuuming, backwashing, cleaning filters & scrubbing tiles).
NOTE: Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
