We specialize in the repair, overhaul, and distribution of aircraft instruments, components, and avionics for commercial airlines, corporate aviation, military aircraft, helicopters, and cargo operators worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support while ensuring timely communication and efficient coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Process customer requests, service orders, and quotations. Provide updates regarding repair status, order progress, and shipment information. Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Shipping departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or aviation industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
