Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, providing end-user support, handling small configurations, managing version upgrades, user creation, and implementing minor developments to ensure seamless functionality.Activities: Monitor and track applications incidents and performanceProvide L2 & L3 levels support + Applications upgradeConduct root cause analyses of issuesPropose functional or technical solutions (including SAP development)Review and validate solution proposed as needed in case of incident, problem, change, configuration, and event managementSupport Model creation and maintenanceWhat skills and qualifications are we looking for?Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.
