(Elliot).Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Industrial Construction Trainees supporting the installation of electrical systems on a large-scale industrial project. This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and willing to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of electrical infrastructure, including pulling medium voltage cable by hand Perform general heavy labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, staging materials, and site cleanup Support crews with tool handling, equipment setup, and daily work activities Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures at all times Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor construction environmentQualificationsAbility to perform strenuous physical labor (lifting, pulling, working on feet for extended periods) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work safely around active construction operations Prior construction or electrical experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual is a plus, but not requiredDrug and Background screenings requiredBenefits/CultureToday, we are listed among Engineering News-Records Top 150 Specialty Contracting firms.
