Project Manager - Projects up to $25M - Portland, ME

A highly respected construction firm in Northern New England is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, and commercial projects. This role is based out of the Portland, Maine office and offers long-term stability with exposure to projects ranging from $3M-$25M. Client Details My client is a relationship-driven, employee-owned general contractor with 35 years in business and a standout reputation throughout Southern Maine. With approximately 90-100 employees and $50M-$80M in annual revenue, they are known for exceptional culture, strong leadership, and a commitment to building projects that positively impact the communities they serve.
