Salesforce.com deployment experience strongly preferred.The Global Conferences Sales (GCS) Salesforce.com (Salesforce) Contractor will help lead and support the design, deployment, and adoption of Salesforce.com within the Global Exhibitor Sales Organization. Embedded in the Gartner Conferences Sales Enablement Team, this role will be responsible for ensuring a successful migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce, managing functional / business requirements, and driving end-to-end implementation activities. The position requires strong collaboration with Gartner's Business Solutions team, Sales and Operations teams, Sales Learning & Development as well as expertise in sales business processes, Salesforce configuration, testing, and rollout strategies.What You Will Do:Create collaborative relationships with key business partners including Operations, Business Solutions, Conferences Business Analytics, Sales Learning and Development etc. to support the design, development, delivery, and measurement of Salesforce migration.In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team and other business partners, gain a deep understanding of sales business processes such that they are conveyed as requirements and operationalized in Saleforce.com.Lead Salesforce testing activities including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Manage pilot programs, gather feedback, and refine processes prior to full deployment.Support the development and execution of a deployment plan, including change management and communication strategies.Create training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation in collaboration with Sales Learning and Development and additional Sales Enablement resources.Deliver training sessions for end-users and leadership to ensure smooth adoption.Lead Hypercare and "Office Hours" support post-deployment, addressing issues and monitoring adoption metrics.Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying opportunities for optimization.Manage future Salesforce releases and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's degree.7+ years' experience in sales enablement or sales operations roles with progressive responsibility, in a fast-paced work environment.3+ years Project Management experience.Proficiency (4+ years' experience) using Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com deployment experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated track record of managing optimized processes, projects, and programs in a global environment.Solid experience with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, PPT, Project and PowerBI and their application, to perform analysis, distribute clear information and deliver effective communication.Ability to develop credibility with sales managers and supporting BUs to become a trusted advisor and business partner.Strong analytical skills to include identification of requirements and problem-solving techniques.Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles.Training experience a plus.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, In-app guidance and other sales tools is a plus.
