Oil Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Rockford, ILHours: 5am 3:30 pm (Mon-Fri)ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cleaning oil troughs at press during set up.Maintaining and changing over oils at presses.Checking oil levels on reservoirs at each press throughout the day.Cleaning and scrubbing the floor with floor scrubber.Making new oil.Changing RP solution in part washers, and recycle oil.Checking oil tanks on presses, oil drums, oil buckets at presses.Changing filters on recyclers and fixing oil pumps.Required SkillsMust have forklift experience FORKLIFT LICENSE REQUIREDExperience with scissor lifts.Ability to perform basic math.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Job requires standing for long periods of time.Desired SkillsExperience with refractometers.Previous experience working with oil presses and drums.
