You'll work across the technology stack from low to higher-level software building experiences that millions of people rely on. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute through the entire lifecycle of new credential solutions: from conception through implementation, qualification, and adoption at scale.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required3+ years of software development experience in Swift or Objective-CPassion for building scalable, well-architected software solutionsStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsPreferred QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInquisitive mindset, with a drive to tackle problems in innovative waysStrong attention to detailExperience with multithreaded programmingExperience with secure coding practicesExperience with performance optimizationUnderstanding of cryptographic primitives (RSA, AES, SHA, etc.)Experience crafting secure solutions and designing quality software following best practices.Experience in embedded software engineering.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
