Role Title: Clinical InformaticistProject OverviewThe ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring providers are effectively configured within Epic and supported during their transition into clinical workflows. This individual will also contribute to broader clinical initiatives and provide hands-on support to care teams in real-time environments.Daily ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding of new providers, including Epic customization and setupProvide at-the-elbow support for providers during initial days in clinic and inpatient settingsAssist with Epic workflow optimization across inpatient and ambulatory environmentsRound with providers, nurses, and other clinicians to assess needs and provide supportParticipate in clinical initiatives aimed at improving workflow efficiency and user adoptionServe as a liaison between clinical staff and IT/Epic teamsRequired QualificationsStrong experience with Epic, specifically:Inpatient provider workflowsNursing workflowsAmbulatory workflowsAbility to support provider onboarding and workflow customizationExperience working directly with clinicians in a healthcare settingStrong communication skills and ability to provide hands-on, in-person supportNice To Have QualificationsExperience with Epic Behavioral Health moduleExperience with Epic OpTimeClinical background (RN, clinician, respiratory therapist, rad tech or similar)TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
