Their goal: deliver coordinated, whole-child healthcare regardless of income or insurance status.About the RoleWe are seeking a collaborative, creative, and mission-driven Mental Health Clinician (LCSW) to join an integrated team of pediatric providers, clinicians, and family partners.This is a unique opportunity to help redefine how medical and mental health services are delivered to predominantly low-income pediatric populations. The clinician will work closely with the behavioral health and medical teams, supervise externs, and engage in community-based work.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and case management services for pediatric patientsConduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessmentsDeliver ongoing counseling, treatment, and interventionMaintain and manage an active caseloadEnsure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) systemCollaborate with families, medical providers, schools, and external mental health professionals to coordinate high-quality careSupport planning and implementation of mental health groups and community workshopsSupervise externs as appropriatePerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsActive LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)1–2 years of experience in a pediatric and/or family practice settingPreferred QualificationsLICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred; additional compensation available)Experience working with underserved or low-income populationsScheduleMonday – FridayWednesdays: 10 AM–8 PM or 11 AM–8 PM (rotational)Other weekdays: Approximately 8:30/9 AM – 6 PM1 Saturday per month rotation (3 hours; no summer Saturdays — flexibility available if unable to work Saturdays)1⁄2 day per week dedicated to documentationCompensation & Benefits4 weeks PTO + 11 holidaysAnnual 5% salary increaseAnnual organization-wide bonus401(k) with 3% automatic employer contribution78% employer-paid health insurance$1,200 Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)Life and Long-Term Disability insurance$50/month parking or transit stipendWhy Join?This is more than a clinical role — it's an opportunity to be part of a pioneering, equity-driven model of pediatric healthcare.
