Creators can also list their agents for hire in the marketplace and users can discover agents to deploy into their portfolio with one click.We believe the future of investing will be powered by human creativity combined with AI-driven execution.We're looking for a Founding Creator & Community Lead to help build the largest community of trading strategy creators in the world.Role DescriptionThis is not a traditional marketing role.Your primary mission is to recruit, support, and grow a network of traders, content creators, educators, and investing influencers who use Zoro to build and share trading strategies. You will build this from zero.You will work directly with the founding team to establish Zoro's creator ecosystem and drive growth through community-led distribution.You will own creator partnerships, affiliate programs, community growth, social engagement, and user activation.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard trading creators, educators, influencers, and professional tradersBuild relationships across X, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, and investing communitiesLaunch and manage creator referral and affiliate programsDevelop creator onboarding and success programsWork with creators to publish trading strategies and educational contentBuild and manage Zoro's online communitiesCoordinate creator campaigns, product launches, and eventsIdentify high-potential trading communities and partnership opportunitiesGather user feedback and work closely with product leadershipHelp establish Zoro as the leading platform for AI-powered trading strategy creationWhat We're Looking For3–6 years of experience in community, growth, partnerships, creator marketing, or ecosystem development in Fintech or Fintech adjacentExperience working with fintech, investing, trading, crypto, or creator-focused productsStrong understanding of social platforms, especially X, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, and RedditExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in a fast-moving startup environmentPassion for investing, trading, financial markets, and AIBonus PointsExisting relationships with trading creators or investing influencersExperience launching affiliate or referral programsExperience building online communities from the ground upPersonal presence within investing or trading communitiesFamiliarity with algorithmic trading, brokerage platforms, or fintech productsSuccess in the First 90 DaysRecruit the first cohort of trading creators onto ZoroLaunch a creator partnership programEstablish a repeatable creator acquisition processGenerate creator-led content showcasing strategies built on ZoroBuild the foundation of Zoro's community growth engineCompensationCompetitive salaryMeaningful equity ownership at pre-seed valuationOpportunity to join the founding team of a category-defining fintech companyIf you already have relationships with trading creators, investing influencers, or FinTwit personalities, please tell us about them in your application.
