You will be co-responsible for the success of the project delivering on time and within budget. You are a strong communicator and have a thorough understanding of current technical solutions and market developments in the broadcast and IT sectors.
Your Tasks
Analysing our customers' requirements in the field of media technology, in particular conference and control centre technology
Conception and planning of technical solutions in the areas of media and control centre technology, including audio, video and control systems
Supporting the sales team in presenting solutions and answering technical questions
Shared responsibility for project successes
Processing of technically demanding tenders or offers
Supporting projects from the concept phase all the way to implementation
Coordination with customers, manufacturers and internal teams
Technical commissioning of AV and IT components as well as problem identification and resolution
Carrying out commissioning and monitoring media technology processes
Observing trends and developments in media technology in order to identify and recommend innovative solutions
Your Profile
Degree in Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable qualifications with several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on conference and control centre technology
Profound knowledge of audio, video and control systems (e.g. Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, etc.) as well as experience with current media technologies and standards
High willingness to learn and sharp comprehension skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively tackle technical challenges
Strong teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
