Project Architect

Salary Depends on Experience: $105,000--$108,000Job Schedule: Full TimeJob Category: Information TechnologyDevelop projects with transportation/infrastructure-based Design at an Urban-planning scale;Conduct planning and development of Architectural Design projects, including Digital Design (3d design), rendered images of project conditions, and diagrammatic images of the project using digital 3D modeling;Draft, develop and review project concepts and designs for public projects using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit;Generate and edit 3D image rendering using Vray / Enscape;Review and analyze concept drawings of contractors;Liaise with government agencies impacted by the project and perform On-site Construction Management;Prepare and present architectural information material for external input and collaborate with stakeholders.Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture plus skills and knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Architectural Design, Transportation / Infrastructure-based Design, Urban-planning .Submit résumé referencing job code VAE001 to HR, Stellar Services, Inc., 70 W. 36th Street, Suite 702, New York, NY 10018
