Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with inpatient and outpatient experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an outpatient clinic and hospital setting in Carlsbad, NM.Job Details• Outpatient clinic setting with inpatient hospital coverage also required,• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, with one Saturday per month at the hospital,• 13-week contract,• No on-call requirements,• EMR: MedHost,Job Requirements• Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience required,• Both inpatient and outpatient experience required,• Current NM PT license required; pending NM licensure considered if applicable,• Active BLS certification required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date,• Fingerprints required for all travelers working in New Mexico,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,Additional Information• Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability,• While both inpatient and outpatient needs exist, inpatient is the more pressing priority,• Scrubs of any color are acceptable,• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration,• Candidates with no gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months are preferred,
