In this role, you’ll help ensure operational procedures, ISO standards, and quality processes are consistently followed while supporting training, audits, and continuous improvement efforts across fulfillment operations.📍 Location: Durham, NC🏢 Schedule: Onsite💰 Pay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + career growth opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoConduct scheduled audits and assessments within fulfillment operationsCoordinate and facilitate training sessions for fulfillment team membersSupport ISO compliance initiatives and quality management system requirementsAssist with corrective and preventive action tracking and documentationReview operational documents for consistency, accuracy, and complianceMaintain reports, records, and compliance-related documentationCommunicate quality and compliance updates across teamsPartner with leadership to support process improvements and operational excellencePromote safe work practices and adherence to company policies and proceduresWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, quality, operations, or fulfillment environments preferredExperience Supporting ISO Or Quality Management Systems PreferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office and management information systems (MIS)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and customer service mindsetWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
