Now Hiring: Mechanical AssemblersThe Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling manufactured products and packing them according to specifications. This role requires meeting assigned production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Duties & Responsibilities:Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and related components per work instructionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation to build products to specificationSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentMaintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and reports related to discrepancies or defectsPerform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and minor repairs as neededInventory tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with materials handlers for replenishmentConduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with company standardsIdentify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality or production issues to supervisorsDemonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, safety-focused attitudeSupport production demands by adhering to scheduled hours, overtime requirements, and assigned break periodsPerform additional duties as assigned
