You will diagnose the problem, provide recommendations and let the customer decide a course of action. The Roofing Technician provides the selected service, collects payment and ensures customer satisfaction. It is important to make certain that the customer experience meets and exceeds expectations set during the initial consultation. You will be expected to know how to install roofing products and materials, do minor repairs, maintain company vehicles and tools, participate in daily morning meetings, and be responsible for communicating the Honest Abe mission.Roofing Technician ResponsibilitiesVisiting 1-3 customers per dayInteracting with homeowners and team membersTake photos before, during, and after repairMaintain company vehicles and toolsParticipate in regular morning meetingsValid driver's license and proof of insuranceExperience communicating with both customers and employeesProduce work that receives 5-Star customer reviews and future referralsConstruction / Roofing experience is REQUIRED Roofing Technician QualificationsConstruction / Roofing experience is requiredStrong verbal communication skillsBasic computer knowledgeValid driver's licenseAbility to do minor repairs and help install roofing systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentPositive team-player attitudeWillingness to reliably commute/relocate to the Terre Haute, Indiana areaThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
