You’ll focus on building strong customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and expanding Recess’s footprint across regional accounts. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to deliver results while cultivating long-term partnerships. This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan. What You’ll Do…Delivery against volume, revenue, and market share targets, along with key KPIs (ACV, promo efficiency, trade ROI)Manage trade and promotional budgets, ensuring spend is efficient and aligned to goalsBuild and present custom sales pitch decks for Recess products, tailored to each accountCultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers and senior account stakeholdersManage P&L for slotting, promotions, and other customer-related expensesPartner cross-functionally with internal teams (finance, marketing, supply chain) to execute account plansIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the drug channelProvide accurate, timely reporting on promotional schedules and customer activityWhat You’ll Bring…Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of CPG sales experienceExperience with wiring Kroger and Albertsons divisions regionallyStrong knowledge of CPG sales processes and promotional planningExcellent relationship-building and interpersonal skillsEngaging presentation and communication skillsStrong financial literacy with the ability to manage trade budgets and P&LResults-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environmentWhy Recess?Wellness BenefitsCompetitive health, dental, and vision insuranceMental health and wellness resources401KLifestyle Perks15 days of PTO annually, plus company holidays and volunteer time offDiscounts on all Recess beveragesA culture that values creativity, inclusivity, and balanceFamily SupportPaid parental leave
