Key Responsibilities
Deliver highly personalized service tailored to guest preferences
Provide detailed knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and experiences
Support front desk operations, concierge services, check‑ins, and curated guest requests
Assist with room presentation, amenities, and luxury‑level housekeeping standards
Engage in resort or boutique programming such as events, activities, or F&B service
Ensure all spaces meet elevated cleanliness, aesthetic, and brand standards
Communicate proactively with guests and departments to anticipate needs
Uphold a sophisticated, guest‑first culture in all interactions
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a warm, polished demeanor
Strong attention to detail and passion for elevated service
Ability to anticipate guest needs and solve problems creatively
Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
