Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Reduces HbA1c levels, contributing to better blood sugar control+ Decreases readmissions, enhancing overall patient health and resource efficiency+ Increases patient independence through personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)+ Facilitates tailored meal planning to meet individual dietary needs+ Provides education on medication management to ensure safe and effective treatment**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ One or more of the following:- Provisional Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registrationobtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Eligible to sit for CDR examwith a provisional License from the Oklahoma Medical Board. Must pass the CDR exam within 6 monthsof hire and obtain an Oklahoma License within 12 months of hire or transfer date.- Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure andSupervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Dietitian with a temporaryletter to practice from the Oklahoma Medical Board.
