Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Millbury, MA, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Account Lead, you will oversee client relationships, manage diverse accounts, and ensure the delivery of tailored investor relations solutions. Key responsibilities include customer engagement, addressing client needs, financial analysis related to client accounts, and providing strategic guidance to enhance business outcomes. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and measurable results. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and developing strategic account plans.Solid Analytical Skills and a strong understanding of Finance to analyze and interpret data, delivering informed business recommendations.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.Experience in investor relations or a related industry is a plus.
