Corporate Partnerships & Promotions Sales ExecutiveThe Frenso Falcons Hockey Club is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Corporate Partnerships & Promotions Sales Executive to generate new business revenue through the sale of sponsorships, advertising, promotions, and community partnerships. This individual will play a key role in developing long-term relationships with local and regional businesses while helping create innovative marketing opportunities tied to professional hockey and live entertainment. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build relationships within the business community. Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or business-to-business sales is preferred.Primary ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentProspect, develop, and close new corporate partnership accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, appointments, and community engagement.Sell integrated sponsorship packages including: Dashboard advertisingArena signageDigital and social media sponsorshipsPromotional nightsGame-night activationsCommunity programsHospitality packagesBroadcast and streaming sponsorshipsCreate customized partnership proposals tailored to client marketing objectivesMeet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goalsMaintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and sales activityClient Service & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate partnersEnsure fulfillment and execution of sponsorship agreementsCoordinate with game operations and marketing departments to execute partner promotions and in-arena activationsAttend team games, events, networking functions, and community appearancesProvide exceptional customer service to maintain and renew partnershipsMarketing & PromotionsAssist in the development of creative promotional concepts and themed game nightsWork collaboratively with marketing staff to maximize sponsor visibility and fan engagementHelp identify new revenue opportunities and partnership platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferredMinimum 13 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in sports, media, advertising, or B2B salesBilingual Speaking/Upstanding (Spanish & English) a bonusStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHighly motivated, competitive, and goal-orientedStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsWillingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game scheduleCompensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commission structurePerformance bonuses and incentivesOpportunity for career growth within professional sportsNetworking opportunities within the sports and business communityTeam apparel and game privilegesAbout the Fresno FalconsThe Fresno Falcons Hockey Club is committed to providing affordable family entertainment, exciting professional hockey, and meaningful community engagement throughout the region.
