The Bindery Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bindery machines. Daily tasks include feeding and loading materials, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and utilizing hand tools to make necessary adjustments. They will also collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe and organized workspace.QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with bindery or related machineryAbility to perform Quality Control checks to ensure finished products meet quality standardsFamiliarity with Hand Tools and basic mechanical troubleshooting for maintaining machinesStrong Communication skills to work effectively within a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to follow safety protocolsPrevious experience in printing, manufacturing, or a similar industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
