Technical Operations Specialist (Systems & Automation) – Austin Hybrid
Smartish is looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Specialist to help improve and connect the systems that run our e-commerce business.You will own and improve the systems that run our eCommerce business. This is a hands-on role working across Amazon, Shopify, warehouse systems, and internal tools. You will build, fix, and connect systems. Not just document them. You will be expected to figure things out without perfect information and drive solutions end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and data.If you enjoy untangling interdependent systems, automating manual processes, and making technology work better for real-world operations with an immediate impact, this role is for you.Ideal for someone early in their career (2–4 years experience) who wants to learn fast and take ownership of real systems.You’ll work hybrid out of our Austin downtown HQ office with some visits to our order fulfillment warehouse (10 minutes apart), collaborating directly with teams across the company.
