Core responsibilities include direct P&L responsibility including executing the commercial and operational strategies. The Regional Vice President will be accountable for ensuring branches effectively penetrate target verticals with all relevant product lines and services.The Ideal Candidate Will: Have extensive experience in directly leading sales and operations field teams. Have experience executing a commercial growth strategy, including a track record of managing high-profile customer relationships including C-level executives. A proven ability to develop a team of leaders that share knowledge & resources across the region. A proven ability to lead and motivate employees at multiple levels in the region. Partner with internal BearCom resources and Motorola to leverage information , and training across all lines of business. Continuously evaluate ways to improve profitability, enhance margins, and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting. Establish a culture of accountability with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. and operational excellence. Leverage internal resources across functions (sales, marketing, human resources, finance). to accomplish objectives. Possess a goal-achieving and over-performing mindset dedicated to excellence. Be a team player and self-starter who takes complete ownership for their results. Thrive in a fast-paced business. Be able to cultivate strong internal and external relationships. Be a highly driven team player with a proven ability to succeed. Be resourceful in developing successful solutions to complicated problems. Qualifications: 5-7 years of branch or region leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility Industrial downstream market experience is preferred Proven track record of success in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
