Job DescriptionLocation: Roselle ParkWork Status: Full Time and Part Time availableFirst Children Services is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-operated, and family-focused organization. Our BCBAs are able to select their weekly billable hour commitment! Our Roselle Park Center comprises of 10+ playrooms, including art therapy, music therapy, sensory room, with an outside patio for outdoor therapy in warmer seasons, plus much more! We implement group and individual therapy out of our center. We’ve created an environment where our clients and staff love to be, resulting in better outcomes.FCS is also a New Jersey Department of Education and Clinic and Agency, approved provider for district and clinic services. We provide services to public, private, and charter schools, including ABA, consultation and mental health support. Our staff take a collaborative approach by regularly partnering with the child study team members, teachers, guidance counselors, and administration to progress towards the best possible outcome for the school community. We are a passionate and dynamic group; unique for our eclectic, fun and collaborative spirit while still adhering to a high-quality, evidence-based practice. Join a company where your daily experiences remind you of why you joined the field!BCBA Day to Day primary functions: Coordinate with all instructional treatment teamProvide consultation within the schools in conjunction with administrators, child study team members, teachers and other school personnelParticipate in family meetings and conduct parent trainingsProvide interactive therapeutic solutions to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviorsConduct behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral programProvide direct training and supervision to clinical support teamManage client dataWhat we require from you: Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field Active BCBA CertificationStrong interpersonal and documentation skills2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans. Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLS Provide parent training.
