The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse renders care remotely to CentraCare anticoagulation patients. They work as a valuable member of the interprofessional patient care team, making independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider.The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse has mastered technical skill and uses evidence-based interventions in providing age-appropriate care to patients and families. The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse collaborates with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified.Schedule:Casual | Minimum of 2 shifts per month | Mostly remoteDay shift | 8am-5pmPay and Benefits:Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $33.98 - $50.96 per hourCasual benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts!Qualifications:Associate degree required, bachelor's preferred from an accredited school of nursing1 year of prior nursing experience requiredRegistered Nurse (RN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy1 year of Anticoagulation dosing and monitoring experience preferredPossess the ability to understand patients' medical records, physicians' orders and medication orders to be communicated to patients and hospital staffPossess the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess effective communication between colleagues, patients, and providersCentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
