Learning Operations Coordinator

A company is looking for a Learning Operations Coordinator - Contractor (Part-Time, 25-30 hours per week). Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end staffing process for all training seminars Maintain accurate staffing records and track instructor assignments Communicate finalized staffing decisions to the Program Management team Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support Experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment preferred Prior experience supporting logistics, scheduling, or staffing coordination is a plus Comfort working with systems such as Asana and Google Sheets/Excel Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
