You will also be helping with repairs, delivering materials, supporting and working alongside the Exterior Technician.Responsibilities:● Stage jobs correctly at onset of job to ensure crew efficiency● Communicate with customer and crew leader consistently to avoid any surprises● Make sure all materials are delivered in a timely manner● Perform quality checks throughout project to ensure positive end result● Keep staff informed of any issues/concerns● Follow change order process● Execute final inspection with the crew leader and customer and take photos● Update CRM as needed with notes/final inspection info/photos● Creating processes for work flow● Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
