Project Accountant

Our client, a growing construction and service firm, is seeking a Project Accountant. This Project Accountant role will lead financial operations, support project accounting, and help drive business growth.Project Accountant Salary: $75,000 - $85,000Project Accountant Offering: Competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition support. Project Accountant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, electrical, or service industries. Strong job costing, budgeting, and forecasting skills. AIA billing = major plus. Proficiency with accounting/ERP software; construction software experience a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Project Accountant Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Track project costs, budgets, and profitability. Oversee AP/AR and client/vendor billing.
