With a century-long legacy, Pitco innovates equipment design for the finest fried foods, epitomized by the groundbreaking Pitco Frialator patented in 1918.Excitingly, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Vice President of Finance to join our team in Bow, NH!In this crucial role, you'll serve as a financial advisor to the Divisional President and leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and supporting organizational growth. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, leading the budgeting process, and aligning information systems and human resources with company objectives.Position Details: Lead efforts to plan and optimize the organization’s financial performance. Drive the implementation of a new ERP system for productivity improvements. Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing financial input on decision-making. Set a vision to guide company growth and address changing needs. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting with a focus on internal controls. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and GAAP standards. Monitor and analyze financial performance compared to budget/forecast, implementing changes for improvement. Maintain scalable accounting and control processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Develop and supervise staff, evaluating department effectiveness. Manage the corporate information systems department and improve overall operation and productivity. Collaborate with Human Resources to develop compensation and benefit packages. CMA or CPA certification is a plus. Prior manufacturing industry experience required. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Progressive experience, preferably up to a Controller equivalent position. Technical accounting skills with demonstrated scalability in a growth or high-change business environment. Ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative environment. Technical proficiency in the MS suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and efficient technology integration. Demonstrated experience in leading or substantially contributing to company forecasting, including budget preparation and management, with a focus on building and thoughtful consideration rather than mere monitoring. Proven commercial exposure in historical roles, such as customer interaction, reviewing pricing agreements, or analyzing product-level economics. Strong background in cost accounting to enhance acumen in reading and interpreting the Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS).
