Process Engineer I
Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for technology-based products. This role will work across multiple product development phases, helping establish efficient manufacturing and test processes and providing engineering support after products are released to manufacturing.Assist in developing and documenting work instructions for manufacturing, assembly, and test processes.Build and evaluate products to validate manufacturing processes, methodologies, and work instructions.Review and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for internal and contract manufacturing with the design and implementation of manufacturing and testing processes.Perform calibration of process equipment in accordance with applicable ISO requirements.Perform mechanical rework as needed to support engineering changes and product and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) as part of the ECO approval process.Ensure finished products meet applicable design specifications, quality requirements, and BOM requirements.Assist with product readiness reviews prior to general availability/release.Support multiple products and engineering projects while effectively managing priorities.Follow established business management, quality, and manufacturing processes.Perform additional engineering and manufacturing support duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or similar engineering environment.Experience developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process control plans.Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes and provide clear documentation and training to production personnel.Strong ability to read and interpret BOMs, engineering documentation, and product requirements.Experience supporting engineering changes and product development is preferred.Ability to work effectively across multiple products and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to prepare technical reports and professional correspondence.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.The ideal candidate is an early-career Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience supporting manufacturing processes, assembly/test operations, work instructions, ECOs, BOMs, product builds, and process improvement. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products are ready for production and consistently meet requirements.Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Role involves working in a manufacturing environment where noise levels may be above typical office levels.
