Position Title: Estimator & Project ManagerThis role offers an opportunity within a small, family-owned residential construction company that specializes in custom home builds and significant renovations. The Estimator & Project Manager will primarily focus on takeoffs and pricing while also supporting projects from contract through completion. This position is essential for transforming qualified leads into competitive bids, aiding in the acquisition of new projects, and monitoring the progress of multiple active jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership in a flexible environment that values family-oriented principles and a collaborative approach.
