Job DescriptionSupport the Lead Superintendent in managing daily site operations
Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to schedule
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company protocols
Assist with inspections, quality control, and punch list management
Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation
Communicate effectively with project team and field personnel
Help manage deliveries, logistics, and site cleanliness
Participate in progress meetings and contribute to problem-solving

The Successful ApplicantA successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
2-5 years of experience in construction field operations
Background in multifamily or commercial projects preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
