Daily tasks might include things like feeding and cleaning the patient or monitoring vital signs and health.Principal Accountabilities:1. Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, dressing2. Obtains and records vital signs, weights, and heights3. Assists patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities4. Performs post mortem care5. Performs EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring6. Observes and reports changes in patients' condition to the RN7. Maintains phlebotomy equipment and inventory8. Other related duties as assigned.
