The exact territory radius and facility types vary based on location but can be made up of a combination of nursing, group, or long-term care. Acuity levels and patient populations can all vary based on location. Requirements Daily travel required Board Certified PMHNP license Ohio license Active and unrestricted DEA Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record) Energetic and ambitious attitude Entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organization and time-management skills Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
