We are seeking On-Call experienced Bartenders with a strong hospitality background who thrive in a fast-paced event environment. Position SummaryOn-Call Bartenders are responsible for serving event setup, service, and breakdown while delivering attentive, 5-star hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with an exceptional team in a stunning setting. This is a tipped position. Event ResponsibilitiesSet up, break down, and clean the bar area before and after each event Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Verify guest IDs and responsibly manage alcohol service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the event Assist Banquet Servers to setup banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, chairs, décor) Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces Assist with buffet setups, plated service, and beverage stations Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly Break down event spaces and return equipment to proper storage Deliver exceptional guest service with a polished and professional demeanor Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations QualificationsPrevious bartending experience required Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
