Talent Development Specialist
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to the following):

Development and Facilitation:
Design, implement, and facilitate learning resources, workshops, and tools that strengthen feedback, coaching, and development planning skills.
Create learning materials, toolkits, job aids, and micro‑learning resources that build employee and leader capability.
Assist in designing elements of talent development programs, including participant exercises, activities, and communications that strengthen learning impact.
Support the creation of DEI and culture‑building learning experiences, such as awareness sessions, dialogue prompts, or curated resource guides.
Co‑facilitate leadership development workshops, orientations, and learning sessions, serving as a discussion leader or breakout facilitator as needed.
Program Coordination:
Manage annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, ensuring effective communication, user support, completion tracking, and timely reporting.
Support and reinforce the organization’s goal‑setting process by guiding teams, monitoring progress, and promoting alignment to organizational priorities.
Manage the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process, providing resources, coaching tips, and progress tracking.
Oversee employee engagement surveys, including logistics, vendor partnership, communications, and insights preparation.
Assist with survey follow‑up efforts, such as pulse surveys, action planning, and the development of engagement‑enhancing tools.
Provide support for leadership development programs through scheduling, participant communications, materials preparation, and overall program experience.
Deliver program support for employee onboarding initiatives.
Maintain dashboards and reports highlighting participation, development trends, and program effectiveness.
Partner with HR colleagues on development‑related components of onboarding, internal mobility, and career development initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Identify opportunities to modernize processes, simplify user experiences, and enhance learning impact.
Contribute creative input and best practices to maintain effective program design, communication strategies, and development resources.
Gather and analyze participant feedback and survey data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate learning sessions, discussions, and group activities.
Ability to design clear and engaging development resources and materials.
Strong project management capabilities.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting, designing, and facilitating training, workshops, or development programs.
Experience with HR or learning systems (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, LMS platforms).
