Mobile Automotive Service Technician

DescriptionBasil Ford Walden is one of the largest Ford Dealerships in Western New York, with one of the fastest growing service departments in the Northeast.We are expanding our service capabilities and seeking a skilled and motivated Ford Mobile Technician to join our growing team. Position: Mobile Service Technician Location: 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225 Pay: Up to $30/hr based on experience Schedule: Full Time As a Ford Mobile Technician, you will bring dealership-quality service directly to our customer's homes or workplaces. This role is ideal for a self-driven technician who enjoys working independently while representing a reputable dealership. What You'll Do:Perform light repairs and routine maintenance on Ford vehicles at off-site locations Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using Ford diagnostic tools Complete services such as oil changes, battery replacements, recalls and software updates Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommendations Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used Deliver exceptional customer service RequirementsWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and diagnostic software
