Club Pilates North Edmond is hiring a highly motivated and personable sales representative.As the face of our studio, our Sales Representatives assist the Studio General Manager with membership sales, member retention, grassroots events, and studio maintenance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Scheduling client classesSelling memberships and packagesAssisting in studio sales goalsBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsProviding memorable in-studio and off-site experiencesMaking daily phone calls for various client tasksMaintaining studio and equipment cleanlinessMaintaining knowledge of studio policies and operationsWorking on various monthly off-site eventsPromoting studio happeningsQUALIFICATIONS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and emailMust have proficient computer skillsOccasional travel may be requiredWeekend availabilityBenefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid training
