Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting during dental proceduresInfection control and sterilization proceduresTaking digital X-rays and assisting with chartingPreparing treatment rooms and instrumentsSupporting patients before, during, and after treatmentTaking impressions and assisting with scanning when neededHelping the clinical team keep the day running smoothly Technology in Our Office We believe in using modern tools that support efficient, high-quality care: Dentrix practice management softwareDigital X-raysCBCT 3D imagingCEREC scanning technology What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidateCPR certification requiredPositive attitude and strong work ethicDetail-oriented and dependableFriendly, patient-centered communication styleA team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Compensation & Benefits $16 - $19 per hour (DOE) Benefits include: Paid Time Off (PTO)Fun team lunches, celebrations, and team-building activitiesSupportive team environment focused on growth and learning Join Our Team At Guardian Family Dental, we believe a great team creates great patient experiences.
