Our work includes private homes and apartments, as well as select administrative offices and retail spaces. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who view residential cleaning and housekeeping as a skilled craft and prefer working with an organised company. Expectations are simple: arrive on time, follow a clear schedule, and deliver excellent results. We handle job coordination and scheduling, allowing you to focus fully on the work itself. We welcome experienced independent cleaners with strong residential backgrounds, including those who currently clean on their own or supplement other work, provided you are dependable, coachable, and able to work independently or as part of a team when needed. What We Offer Base range: $18–$27 per hour based on experience and a scope of work Flexible scheduling — accept only the jobs that fit your availability Steady flow of residential and office assignments A positive, professional work environment with clear expectations, guidance, and support, plus growth potential into Team Leader or Supervisor roles Approximately a 3-month trial period for mutual alignment Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential and office work, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and detailed surface care Handle deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, maintenance, Airbnb turnovers, and ongoing housekeeping services within residential assignments Identify and report safety or maintenance issues Work independently once expectations are provided Requirements Authorization to work in the U.S. (18+) Willingness to undergo a background check Minimum 2+ years of paid residential cleaning experience Your own professional cleaning supplies and vacuum Liability insurance and bonding Willingness to sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement Reliable transportation (Long Island only) Basic English required Ability to use smartphone technology, including company CRM and scheduling tools Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties This Role Is Not a Good Fit If: You are entry-level or seeking training You do not have meaningful paid residential cleaning experience (private homes, apartments) Your background is primarily facility, janitorial, porter, retail-only, or unrelated service work You are only looking for a short-term or casual assignment How to Apply Please submit your resume and complete the application using the link below: https://forms.gle/yHPopdBUF9MYQJT58 If the link does not open, please copy and paste it into your browser.
