We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.   How we LEAD:  We are currently seeking a highly motivated and eager-to-learn candidate for Universal Music Publishing Group’s team. The Global Film & TV Admin will be an essential part of the team responsible for receiving, building and entering information for music queue sheets. The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail and work ethic; the capacity to handle large work volume and to do so with grace and composure; excellent communication skills and a firm handle of technology and computer systems.  Passion for music is always a plus!  How you’ll CREATE: Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database.Ensuring all works data is entered correctly Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.Other related duties as assigned.Comfortable with a hybrid work environment. Bring your VIBE: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.Strong analytical background.Excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented.Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.Works well in a team environment essential.
