Manager Communications

Role: The Manager of Space Systems Employee Communications leads internal communications efforts, developing and executing strategies to engage employees and align messaging with business priorities.Responsibilities: Drive integrated communication plans, serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, oversee digital and media channels, craft compelling narratives, manage a team, and measure communication effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, including communication in classified areas.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or Master's with 6+ years) in Communications or related field, proven success in developing communications programs, strong leadership and storytelling abilities, excellent writing skills, and experience working with senior management.
