W2 ONLY, NO C2C100% REMOTETop Skills' Details MS D365 CE/Field Service Mobile Development Power Apps JavaScriptDescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Mobile CE / Field Service Developer to support and enhance a highly customized System involving both Customer Engagement (CE) and Business Central (BC). This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior developer with deep technical expertise in custom D365 CE development, mobile/offline capabilities, and JavaScript-based extensions, who is also comfortable working closely with Product and Functional teams to bring complex business requirements to life. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with functional and product stakeholders to translate detailed functional requirements and Functional Design Documents (FDDs) into scalable, high-quality technical solutions within a complex and customized D365 environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service mobile solutions, with a strong emphasis on offline capability and mobile usabilityBuild and maintain custom JavaScript solutions, extensions, and client-side customizations to support highly tailored business processesDevelop and configure solutions using Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) and related Power Platform componentsWork extensively with managed and unmanaged solutions, including solution layering, deployment strategies, and lifecycle managementImplement and support complex offline mobile scenarios, ensuring data integrity, synchronization reliability, and end-user performancePartner closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to clearly understand functional requirements and translate them into robust technical designsParticipate in design discussions, technical reviews, and solution planning sessions in collaboration with functional partnersEnsure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development, test, and production environments. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development standards and processes.Required:Extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service DeveloperStrong expertise in custom CE development, including forms, views, entities, business rules, and integrationsAdvanced proficiency with JavaScript for Dynamics 365 client-side developmentSolid experience building solutions with Power Apps, particularly model-driven appsDeep understanding of managed vs. unmanaged solutions, solution layering, and deployment best practicesProven experience delivering complex mobile solutions with robust offline functionalityStrong ability to write custom extensions, scripts, and tailored solutions in highly customized environmentsExperience translating functional requirements and FDDs into technical designs and working softwareExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Product and Functional teamsPreferred:Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise D365 implementationsFamiliarity with Power Automate, Dataverse customization, and integration patternsKnowledge of Field Service business processes and mobile workforce scenariosExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, IN.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $98.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
